I came to yoga in 2012, aged 46, to help alleviate my chronic lower back pain which I had been experiencing for several years. The effect it had on my physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing has been life-changing, so I decided to do my yoga teacher training to deepen my practice and possibly help spread its endless benefits through teaching.
In 2019 I decided to quit my job (of 20 years!) as a graphic designer. I now teach yoga full time, as I find leading yogis through this beautiful practice so rewarding! Meeting and talking to amazing, wonderful people on a daily basis is one of the greatest perks of being a yoga teacher!
